300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
For the Premix (makes 850ml, enough for 10)

200ml citrus syrup (from the recipe above)
A few cranberries, to garnish

Instructions
To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Place the listed ingredients inside a saucepan, heat until it reaches a simmer, agitating so the sugar melts. After that, take off the heat allowing it to cool fully. Decant into a sealable bottle, seal and store in the refrigerator, it will last for about one month.
For the Premix: Combine every spirits and syrup into one big jug, let it rest for an hour, then filter it preferably using a fine cloth, making it fully clarified.
To serve: Add 85ml of your cocktail base into your cocktail shaker packed with ice, and stir gently for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Filter into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, decorate with the cranberries adding the final touch using a brief mist of mandarin oil above the glass.
